Very satisfied with Touch of Class. As part of a renovation in our downtown Vancouver strata condo building (circa 1910), we had to replace a stair railing in the lobby. Hootan took our design ideas and fabricated a fully-engineered wrought iron railing that we are completely satisfied with. The final product is well built, solidly installed, suits the retro decor, and gets lots of compliments. Hootan's price (including the engineer's cost) was competitive and he was easy to work with. Thanks Hootan!
